This phase sees your sales managers undertake a four-day immersion in a world of demanding objectives, constant challenges and unpredictable change.
During this incredibly powerful and impactful immersion-learning phase a maximum of 10 sales managers are placed in an evolving scenario which sees them performing the role of a 'Special Forces' team assigned to support a peace-keeping mission.
Success requires them to employ the leadership lessons they are being taught throughout the four days. At the same time there is an ‘opposing force’ attempting to thwart and derail them at every turn!
This is a ‘world’ where the critical factor for ensuring the whole team secures their objective is the quality of leadership.
Through this unique programme, your sales managers will be exposed to and practice utilising the E3 concepts in ‘sales leadership’, whilst becoming viscerally aware of the need for quality leadership and teamwork when in adverse circumstances.
